From 1990 to 2005, he served as KNBC and WNBC’s Chief Medical Health and Science Editor, contributing to major national publications and leading health communications for millions of viewers. His professional experience also includes key leadership roles with Cloudbreak Telehealth and drkoop.com, as well as academic positions at UCLA, where he was a Full Clinical Professor of Medicine.

Throughout his career, Bruce has been an author, journalist, correspondent, producer, and physician. He has published two books and hosted a podcast, further showcasing his commitment to storytelling and education.
